Returns

• Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

• Sale items, accessories, and special occasion dresses are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges

• Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure we have your desired item in stock.

 

Return Process

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at shopchic5boutiquellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, you may return the item in-store or mail it to us at:
